This service includes investigation of the fault and provides the cost for repair.
It also helps to evaluate the condition of the equipment and advise customer on the most economically viable solution.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Troubleshooting of faults in the air conditioning system
- Prepare service report on fault(s) found and recommended repair action(s)
- Prepare appropriate quotation on repair parts required
- Explain and educate customer on findings and recommendation
Warranty:
90 days for part(s) replaced
