Description:

The aircon servicing includes cleaning of the indoor fancoil and outdoor condenser, clearing of the drainage piping (to prevent leaking) and checking for your air conditioning system.

Scope of Work:

• Clean & check air filter, front panel & cover
• Check deodorising and purifying filter
• Clean & check indoor evaporator coil
• Clean & check indoor drainage tray
• Vacuuming of drainage system
• Brush & check outdoor condenser coil
• Check fan bearing and lubricate (if necessary)
• Check compressor suction and discharge pressure
• Tightening of electrical contacts

Description:

The contract package comprises of either 3 aircon services per year (for Tri-yearly Contract) or 4 air con services per year (for Quarterly Contract) at a regular interval.

The aircon servicing includes cleaning of the indoor fancoil and outdoor condenser, clearing of the drainage piping (to prevent water leaking problem) and checking for your air conditioning system.

3) Chemical Wash / Cleaning of Air Conditioner

Description:

The aircon servicing involved a very thorough chemical overhaul / wash of the air conditioning unit. The service is needed when a general cleaning of the aircon unit does not improve the condition.

Scope of Work:

• Dismantle of fancoil unit (Option A)
• Dismantle of electronic control and drainage device
• Chemical clean / wash of fancoil unit and all parts
• Chemical flushing of drainage system
• Charging in of refrigerant (R-22) gas (limited to 10 pressure point per system)
• Check control and thermostats
• Test and commission system

4) Air Conditioner Troubleshooting & Repair

Analysis of Aircon System $20

(Price inclusive of transportation and checking charges)

(Charges will be waived upon confirmation of repair job)

Description:

This service provide advice to customer on the cost of repair for air conditioner breakdown. It also help to evaluate the condition of the equipment and advise on the on the most economical solution..

Scope of Work:

• Troubleshoot fault in air conditioning system
• Prepare service report on fault(s) found and recommended repair action(s)
• Prepare appropriate quotation on repair parts required
• Explain and educate customer on finding and recommendation
   

Warranty:

• 90 days for part(s) replaced
